Khoch3 is a GovTech & ClimateTech startup based in Cologne and Vienna, focused on climate adaptation at the municipal level. We build digital tools that help local governments move from analysis to action faster – closing the gap between climate data and on-the-ground governance. We work with leading institutions such as LANUK NRW and the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy, as well as numerous municipalities across Germany and Austria. Our mission: making climate adaptation planning more efficient, more data-driven, and less bureaucratic.
